This position is unique because our company is technology-focused and will leverage technology to deliver best-in-class service for our customers.Responsibilities:Prepare Federal and State 1065 Partnership returns for real estate syndications and fundsPrepare K-1s and assist with investor inquiriesMaintain depreciation, amortization and member basis schedulesIdentify necessary book-to-tax adjustmentsCollaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information for tax filingsConduct tax research and provide recommendations to clients on tax planning strategiesReview financial statements and ensure compliance with tax regulationsExperience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or a similar roleReal Estate experience highly preferredCPA preferredStrong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirementsProficient in using tax software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutionsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculationsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
