Finance Lead

Location: CalicutReporting to: CEOExperience: 3-5 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeApply Now :Overview:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Finance Lead to manage the end-to-end financial operations, planning, compliance, and automation of our organization. The ideal candidate will be hands on, reliable, and capable of leading a small finance team while streamlining our systems using the Zoho Finance stack and supporting business leadership with timely and accurate financial insights.Responsibilities:● Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.● Manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations.● Handle project-based billing (T&M, Fixed Price, SaaS) and follow up on collections.● Oversee vendor payments, expense control, and documentation.● Ensure full compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ROC, etc.) and coordinate audits.● Prepare MIS reports – P&L, cash flow, AR/AP aging, and dashboards.● Drive automation using Zoho Books, Payroll, Expense, and integrations with other Zoho apps.● Lead and mentor a small finance/accounts team and review deliverables.
