At audax, we seek go-getters who are hungry for growth and can bring fresh perspectives.Website - You’ll Do As a Client Delivery Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Banking-as-a-Service solutions for enterprise clients. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will manage client onboarding, solution design, and implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.Lead client discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements. Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans, covering integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements. Oversee solution design and platform assessments, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, security) to deliver seamless implementations. Support client integration, UAT, and go-live activities, providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security. Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle. Document reusable patterns and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Skills 4–7 years of experience in fintech, banking (SME/ Retail/ Core Banking implementation, risk platforms etc.), or technology delivery roles. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm). Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi), logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), and security best practices. Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.Nice-to-Have Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or custom client-hosted deployments. Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and data residency requirements. Familiarity with API lifecycle management and BaaS deployment patterns.Why Join Us?
