About the RoleThe Assistant Production Manager at Ocean Designograph Pvt. Ltd. will lead and oversee the entire production lifecycle from concept transition to final print execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring precision, efficiency, and consistency across all production processes, while upholding the high standards of quality that define our work.You will work closely with pre-press, and print teams to translate creative vision into flawlessly executed physical outputs. This is an onsite role at Moraiya, Changodar.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring seamless workflow from pre-press to final dispatchPlan, manage, and optimize daily production schedules to meet project timelinesEnsure strict adherence to quality standards across all stages of printing and finishingSupervise and lead production staff, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and performanceMonitor machine utilization, materials, and resources to maximize productivity and minimize wastageIdentify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for enhanced operational efficiencyMaintain consistency in output across varied print formats, finishes, and materialsQualificationsProven experience in production and workflow management, preferably in the printing or design industryStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle diverse teamsIn-depth understanding of print production processes, machinery, and materialsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication skills to coordinate across internal teams and stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Production Management or a related field (preferred)What We’re Looking ForA detail-oriented professional with a strong eye for quality and finishSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentA proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve production challengesA leader who can bring structure, discipline, and efficiency to complex workflows
