The role will manageshift production, electrode process operations, and team leadershipto achieve manufacturing SQDC targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadelectrode zone production operationsfor lithium-ion cell manufacturing lines. Manage30+ operators/techniciansin shift operations. Ensureproduction throughput, quality, safety, and statutory compliance . Drive5S, autonomous maintenance, and manufacturing excellence . Handleproduction abnormalities, NG products, and CAPA implementation . Coordinate withQuality, Maintenance, SCM, and Process Engineering teams . EnsureSOP/WI compliance and process adherence . Monitor and updateproduction data in MES / SAP systems .Required SkillsExperience inLithium-ion cell manufacturing / Solar cell manufacturing / Paint / Flexible packaging manufacturing . Knowledge ofelectrode processes : Mixing, Feeding, Slot Die Coating, Calendaring. Strong exposure tomanufacturing problem-solving tools (8D, Six Sigma, 7 QC Tools) . Experience inproduction supervision, shift management, and team leadership .QualificationB.E / B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. Six Sigma certification preferred
