Manager / Sr. Manager- Assembly (Lighting)

- Over all responsible for production activities. - Preparation of capex & consumable budget for the related financial year. - Make the departmental improvement plan to achieve targets, with specified quality standards. - To plan and do the regular Internal Process Audit as per the Control Plan. - Recommending modifications in the fixtures, gauges, Tools to improve process. - To make Production achievements as per Plan Schedule to meet the dispatch plan requirement. - Documentation and audit related to VSA, IATF 16949, ISO-14001& EMS/OHSAS 45001 - Identifying scope for: Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity. - Implementing techniques for cycle time reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conduction of tests, cost benefit analysis, implementation & post audits. - Leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operationalPreferred candidate profile- PGD-PPT(CIPET)/ Diploma / B.Tech in mechanical - Basic awareness about IATF- standard, TPM & SAP, Assembly Process
