Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities Lead and manage maintenance operations for injection moulding machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment. Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules. Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of moulding machines and related systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical). Plan and execute machine overhauls, mould change setups, and utility maintenance (chillers, compressors, cooling towers, etc.). Maintain equipment history, breakdown analysis reports, and spare parts inventory. Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure smooth and continuous operations. Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and energy efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards. Manage and develop a team of maintenance engineers and technicians. Liaise with OEMs and vendors for technical support, AMC, and spare procurement. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant expansion projects. Qualifications Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering. Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in maintenance of injection moulding machines in an automotive or manufacturing setup. Required Skills Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems. Strong knowledge of moulding machines Familiarity with preventive maintenance tools and software. Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, TPM, and Kaizen practices.
