Conduct cutting tools trial and validation Tool Room(Fixture/Jig) – Plan & Execute the maintenance of fixture/Jig. Maintain the fixture parts Inventory Provided all the assembly fixture of production Gauges/Instruments management – Plan and order the measuring Gauges/Instruments Accountability of measuring Gauges/Instruments Ensure the 100% calibration of measuring Gauges/Instruments. Others(Productivity Improvements/Cost saving/New product development/Budget planning/Special Project) – Introduce advance cutting tool/Tool concept for improve productivity/quality and reduction in tooling cost. Provided new fixture/Tools/gauges for Implementation of ECN/ECR. Cost saving measure in tool engineering Qualifications B Tech / BE - Mechanical Having 3 - 5 years of experience Knowledge of Machining process Cutting tools Fixture design Machining Parts programming Cutting Parameter Selection of Gauges/Instruments Metal cutting Fluid Tool Room function Safety awareness to Associate, Safety Instruction and Documents
