Our focus is on operational excellence, speed, scalability, and process-driven execution across all cities and stores.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Sambalpur, Odisha, India for a Cluster Manager at DropX Logistics. The Cluster Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple delivery hubs within the assigned region. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing operational efficiency, managing logistics and resource allocation, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires consistent collaboration and communication with internal teams to maintain high service standards and address challenges effectively.QualificationsStrong team management and leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams or leading operational unitsExcellent logistical planning, resource optimization, and decision-making skillsExperience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile operationsPrior exposure to Amazon EDSP or DSP operations is preferredStrong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple stations and field teams.Proven experience managing operational KPIs and P&L.Proficiency in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting toolsAdaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resolving challengesBachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldFamiliarity with relevant industry software and a strong aptitude for working in a technology-driven environment
