Job Description Job Title: Skilled Worker – Construction Technology Location: Austria Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Industry: Construction / Rail Infrastructure / Civil Engineering Job Summary We are seeking motivated and technically skilled  Skilled Workers in Construction Technology   to join infrastructure and rail engineering projects in Austria. The role involves working on track superstructure and civil engineering works, ensuring safe and efficient railway operations. Key Responsibilities Perform standardized technical tasks in track superstructure and civil engineering Support inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities Participate in winter service operations and major reconstruction projects Carry out welding work in track and civil engineering areas Operate rail vehicles when required Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for site activities Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Salary: Approx INR LPA Requirements Completed apprenticeship/technical college certificate or equivalent (for training completed outside Austria) Age below 40 years Valid  driving license B   (mandatory from day one) Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, and outdoors in all weather conditions Successful completion of psychological aptitude & physical fitness tests (EU & TU2) Benefits Full Reimbursement: 100% reimbursement of migration costs and German language training expenses after you move to Austria Accommodation Support: Assistance in finding suitable housing in Austria Work Visa: 2-year visa validity, renewable by the client Family Visa: Option to bring your family and settle together Permanent Residence Pathway: Eligibility for permanent residence after 5 years Stable Career Opportunity: Secure, non-contractual role with long-term career growth and settlement prospects in Austria Requirements Completed apprenticeship or technical college certificate (or equivalent qualification for training completed outside Austria) German language proficiency at B2 level (CEFR) (German classes will be provided by us) Valid Category B driving license (mandatory from day one) Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, and outdoors in all weather.
