Promote & Monitor Appointment System Plan, Organize, Lead & Control Service Management Operations Set & Monitor Realistic & Achievable Service Performance Targets Monitor Customer Satisfaction Reports & Trends Share Customer Satisfaction Information with Service Personnel Monitor Complaint Resolutions Monitoring Warranty & Goodwill Cases Monitor Job Quality through Quality Control Inspections, Comeback Reports, Complaints Establish Yearly Staff Training Targets Cultivate Business Relationships (Retail & Fleet Customers) Set Marketing Strategies to Target New Business & Fleet Companies Establish Service Reminder System Conduct Analysis of Market Competitors, Market Conditions & Campaign Effectiveness Market Development for Periodic Maintenance & Repair Work to Target Market Segments Develop Innovative Service Offers Conduct Weekly Analysis of Key Performance Indicators (Productivity, Efficiency, Labor Utilization, Labor Sales, Parts Sales/Repair Order, Labor Sales/Repair Order) & Expenses Provide Monthly Performance Results to the Dealer Principal/Head of Customer Service Ensure Efficient Service Operations through providing adequate tools and equipment and smooth workflow procedures Maintain Service & Parts Coordination through regular meetings with Parts Manager Conduct Monthly Service Personnel Meetings Carry out Yearly Staff Performance Appraisals Establish Competitive Compensation Plan Establish Performance & Customer Satisfaction based Incentive Scheme Monitor Service Shop Environmental & Safety Issues Ensure Customer Confidence is enhanced through a clean and orderly service operation Ensure Toyota's Facility Standards are maintained Part of FIR , Safety committee & Environment promotional staff Maintain Regular Contact with the Toyota Distributor To provide and effective link between the Body Shop Advisor and technician to ensure that the needs of the customers are effectively understood & timely delivered. To manage the Body shop schedule to achieve a smooth and efficient flow of work through. To check the quality of all completed work providing guidance as needed to ensure that the quality standards are maintained. To monitor the skill level of individual technicians and advisor on any training needs. To ensure that facilities, equipments and tools are all in good working conditions and accurately calibrated and that each technician keeps his work area clean and tidy. To monitor the accidental repairs and quality of work and initiate corrective actions.
