Boiler Attendant 2

Assist in the operation and monitoring of a 60 TPH coal-fired boiler and auxiliaries. Check steam pressure, water levels, and fuel feed rate during shifts. Monitor and record boiler operating parameters, logbooks, and daily reports. Assist in boiler start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures as per SOP. Ensure continuous coal feeding, proper combustion, and ash handling. Inspect boiler fittings, valves, pumps, fans, and conveyors regularly. Perform routine checks for leaks, vibrations, and abnormal sounds. Support maintenance activities and report equipment issues promptly. Adhere to safety standards, pollution control norms, and statutory requirements. Work in coordination with the Boiler 1st Class Attendant and plant operators for smooth utilities supply.
