This role will be crucial for commencing new mines to achieve the business vision.Roles and Responsibilites:- Government & Regulatory Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and local authorities to ensure compliance and advocacy. - Policy Advocacy: Monitor and influence policy developments relevant to the industry; represent the company in industry forums and public consultations. - Corporate Communications: Oversee external communication strategies including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication. - Community Relations: Lead CSR initiatives and community engagement programs to enhance the company’s social license to operate. - Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all external affairs activities.Candidate Profile:- B.E. in any discipline/ Master’s degree in public policy, Political Science, Law, Communications, or related field with 15 years of experience - Experience in sectors such as mining, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure - Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and government processes - Crisis management and media handling expertise
