Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and complaints politely and effectively. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Follow up with customers on sales, service, and feedback. Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer needs. Ensure timely communication with customers about offers, reminders, and updates. Build long-term relationships to improve customer loyalty. Skills Required Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software). Problem-solving and customer handling ability. Positive attitude and team spirit.
