With growing trust and visibility, we’ve expanded into high-performance sportswear, luggage, and equipment — all manufactured in-house with a player-first mindset.ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Garment Merchant to manage and coordinate the end-to-end merchandising process from order inquiry to final shipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of garment manufacturing, production timelines, buyer communication, and product development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the key point of contact between buyers and internal teams (production, design, quality, etc.) Understand buyer requirements, develop samples, and ensure timely approvals. Prepare and manage Time and Action (TNA) calendars for each order. Follow up on raw material sourcing, production schedules, and quality parameters. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of trims and fabrics. Monitor order status, production progress, and delivery timelines to avoid delays. Prepare costing sheets and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers. Manage buyer communications regarding order updates, changes, and queries. Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and buyer expectations. Maintain all merchandising records, reports, and documentation accurately. Ensure adherence to quality standards and buyer compliance requirements.PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with ERP/MIS systems. Knowledge of fabric types, trims, washes, and garment construction. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.How to Apply: Send your CV and a short cover letter to careers@
