Customer Experience & SalesDeliver a personalized and luxurious in-store experience to every client Achieve sales targets while building strong, long-term client relationships. Handle client queries, styling assistance, and after-sales support with grace.2. Store OperationsOversee daily store functions including inventory, VM (visual merchandising), and stock management. Ensure the store maintains brand standards in cleanliness, display, and ambiance. Track sales performance and prepare regular operational reports.3. Team LeadershipTrain, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective goals. Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to maintain efficiency. Foster a collaborative, customer-centric work culture.4. Brand RepresentationUphold the WeaveinIndia ethos in all client interactions. Support in-store events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
