You'll be trusted toreview deals, calculate returns, check refurbishment estimates, and ultimately decide whether deals stack— which meansyour analysis will directly impact real-money decisions. This is asecure, full-time remote rolewith a respected UK property investment company, and we’re looking for someone who takesextreme pride in accuracy, logic, and constant improvement.What You’ll Be Doing: Analysingresidential and commercial property deals Reviewingfloorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs , and other key documents Calculating key figures:ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV Using and maintaining ourdeal analysis spreadsheet tools Producing written deal summaries withgo/no-go recommendations Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work Takingownershipof your analysis — your calls matter Listening to feedback andimproving with every deal you review Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Arefluent in English(written and spoken) Love working withnumbers, logic, and structured thinking Have experience inproperty, finance, or detailed analysis work Understand terms likeyield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc. Aremeticulous— you check your workthree times , not once Can handleimportant decisions under pressure Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve Havestrong integrity— you’re careful because the numbers matterWhat You’ll Get: Fully remote role – work from anywhere with stable internet ‍♂️ 5 days/week | 12 days paid holiday annually Ongoing training on deal types, analysis tools, and decision frameworks A long-term, secure role where your work really mattersA chance to grow inside a credible UK property investment companyHow to Apply:Please send us the following: Your CV A short written response (3–5 sentences) answering:“Why do you want this role?” AND what's you current salary is.
