Lead Performance Marketing Reporting to: Head of GrowthWe’re hiring a performance marketer to lead a team of creatives and GTM associates, to grow course enrollments and build scalable demand funnels for short AI courses and degree pathways. Title signals ownership- day-to-day will be executional growth work with heavy emphasis on paid social, partnerships and content funnels.What you’ll own Full-funnel acquisition for product-led and enterprise prospects: demand gen, activation experiments, and paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta where relevant) for short courses (eg. “Powers of AI”) and pathways to degree programs. Build performance funnels for cohorts: acquisition → nurture → conversion → alumni referrals. Run channel experiments (Meta, YouTube, Google Search), plus paid placements with edtech partners. Build dashboards for enrollments, cohort LTV, CPA and conversion rates. Run partnership and affiliate programs for referral growth. Create content + creative that converts cold audiences into paid signups. Create audience-first GTM: ICP definition, ideal customer journeys, and channel playbooks for both self-serve and enterprise outreach. Partner with product & design to turn demo feedback into scalable acquisition flows. Translate product messaging (ambitious, job change, and career advancement) into ad creatives, landing pages and nurture sequences. (Canva/Wordpress + copy skill mandatory.) Own the full funnel: audience research, targeting, creatives, budget allocation, reporting. Run experiments, report on CAC/LTV and take steps to improve payback period.What we expect 4+ years of hands-on experiencein performance marketing (agency or freelancing counts). Aportfolio/case studyof past campaigns you’ve run with clear results (applications without this will be asked to do an assignment). Certifications on Google/Meta Ads are strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills – you should be comfortable making decisions from data. High standards for creative output and storytelling in ads. Understanding of service-based businesses/consultancies and how to generate leads. Bonus if you’ve worked with e-commerce/D2C brands.Why this role? Comfortable creating short, course-led creatives and email nurture flows.Certifications are helpful; experience in edtech is a plus.
