Job Title: SAP FICO – Treasury & Banking (Record to Report)Experience: 10+ YearsLocation: Remote (Need-based travel to Bangalore)Role OverviewDesign, implement, and optimize SAP Record to Report (R2R) solutions by analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP Finance systems, and supporting global template–aligned rollouts and long-term solution stability.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and design effective R2R solutionsPropose high-level improvements and future-state designsConfigure SAP Finance and prepare functional specificationsSupport rollouts aligned with global templatesTest, support, and maintain R2R solutionsProvide long-term support, optimization, and enhancementsMentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teamsCommunicate complex finance and SAP concepts to stakeholdersMandatory Skills & Experience10+ years of SAP Finance experience with expertise in:Payments, Banking, BCMElectronic Bank StatementsCash Management & Treasury(SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA)4+ years of SAP Treasury experience:MM, FX, Yield CurvesCash Pooling & SweepsExperience in 3+ SAP implementation projectsLong-term support and optimization of SAP Finance solutionsExperience with STMS, Solution Manager, ActiveControlFunctional experience with WRICEF objectsStrong understanding of finance processes in large organizationsExcellent communication skills across technical and business teamsGood to HaveFI-CA Payments knowledgeRetail industry experience (SAP FI-CA)SWIFT integrationsAgile / SAFe exposurePersonal AttributesStrategic, analytical, and execution-focusedProactive with continuous improvement mindsetStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working independently and in collaborative teams
