Experience: 8–12 yearsRepro India Ltd., a leading print and digital content solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Software Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions for its digital and publishing platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead full SDLC from requirements to deploymentArchitect scalable, secure, high-performance systemsMentor developers, review code, and manage project executionCollaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teamsTranslate complex requirements into technical tasksEnforce coding standards and best practicesTroubleshoot issues and optimize performanceStay updated with emerging technologiesMaintain technical documentationRequired Skills:B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT or related field8–12 years of development experience, with 2+ years in tech leadershipStrong backend expertise in Java (or similar)Frontend experience with React/Angular/VueProficiency in REST APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)Strong knowledge of design patterns, SQL/NoSQL databasesExperience with CI/CD, Git, AgileExcellent communication and team management skills
