Licensed Insurance Producer

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, expanding our customer base through proactive outreach, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of insurance products. As a Licensed Insurance Producer, you will play a key role in driving business growth while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Conduct outside sales efforts to identify potential clients and promote insurance products effectively Engage in negotiation to tailor insurance policies that meet client needs and budget considerations Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients Provide comprehensive customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy options, and assisting with claims processes Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards during client interactions Maintain a business professional appearance and represent the agency in a positive polished manner. Participate in quarterly quote generating events. That may require to work one Saturday or Sunday every 4 months. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Requirements: Must be licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey complex insurance information Team oriented, adaptable, and committed to professionalism and excellence.
