Strategize and execute talent acquisition plans to meet client requirements with quality and speed. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent service delivery and satisfaction. Manage a team of recruiters, providing mentorship, performance tracking, and development. Act as the key point of contact for client coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of hiring projects. Manage vendor partnerships and candidate pipelines effectively. Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and executive search roles. Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Key Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Consultancy recruitment (staffing/recruitment agency environment). Proven experience in handling delivery and recruitment independently. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate screening. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong client management and stakeholder handling capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects. Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems.
