Senior Agentic and Gen AI LLM Engineer

Role: Senior Agentic and Gen AI LLM EngineerWFH- PermanentEducational Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, including 3+ years in advanced ML or GenAI system design. Proven record of deploying ML models into production at scale in enterprise or cloud environments. Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, model evaluation, and reinforcement learning (RLHF) preferred. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Solid understanding of LLM pipelines, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Proficiency with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, or Azure ML). Familiarity with API design, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Knowledge of Responsible AI, data governance, and model observability standards. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with deep attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. High level of autonomy, accountability, and continuous learning mindset. Collaborative and adaptable in global, cross-functional agile teams.
