Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Scouting & ResearchIdentify and shortlist relevant influencers across categories such as lifestyle, beauty, fashion, tech, food, finance, gaming, travel, comedy, and more based on campaign requirements.Scout creators across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and emerging creator platforms.Build highly relevant influencer lists based on audience demographics, engagement quality, content style, and brand fit.Stay updated with viral creators, emerging trends, niche communities, and rising influencers.Maintain a strong understanding of influencer categories including nano, micro, macro, and celebrity creators.Campaign Requirement UnderstandingUnderstand brand briefs and campaign objectives thoroughly before scouting creators.Align influencer recommendations with brand tonality, target audience, campaign KPIs, and content expectations.Suggest creative creator fits that can enhance campaign performance and engagement.Influencer Evaluation & AnalysisAnalyze influencer profiles for:Audience quality and authenticityEngagement ratesContent consistencyBrand affinityPast collaborationsAudience demographicsIdentify fake engagement, inorganic growth, or low-quality creator profiles.Compare multiple creators and provide strong rationale behind recommendations.Database & Documentation ManagementMaintain and regularly update influencer databases and categorized creator lists.Organize influencer information including categories, pricing benchmarks, engagement metrics, and audience insights.Track creator performance and maintain records for future campaign references.Trend & Market ResearchContinuously monitor social media trends, viral formats, creator movements, and platform algorithm shifts.Research competitor campaigns and identify creator trends across industries.Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams regarding trending creators and content opportunities.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate closely with:Brand Partnerships TeamStrategy & Planning TeamCampaign Management TeamPricing/Procurement TeamSupport internal brainstorming sessions with creator recommendations and trend insights.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator scouting, social media research, or digital marketing.Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.Excellent research and analytical skills.Strong knowledge of Instagram and YouTube creator trends.Ability to identify high-potential creators before they become mainstream.Good communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and influencer discovery tools.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
