Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure/ Infrastructure Specialist- PM (M&A) Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon(Hybrid)Job Profile SummaryThe Project Manager will lead large, complex projects and full life cycle programs. This position is responsible for the entire project scope and project needs to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, clients, and business units, in addition to managing stakeholder expectations.Essential FunctionsBusiness AnalysisAnalyze and gather requirementsDraw up SOW and Business Case documentsProject and Program Demand ManagementProject and Program Initiation, Planning, and ExecutionDevelop detailed project plansAssign resources and coordinate activitiesManage resources (time, budget, people, etc.)Define project scope, goals, and deliverablesConduct steering committee meetings and utilize communication plansMaintain real-time visibility for projects, including RAID logs, dashboards, and reportingPrepare test cases and obtain stakeholder sign-offLeadershipDevelop communication plans and cadenceFacilitate project meetings and steering committee callsRisk ManagementIdentify risks early and develop mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with organizational policies and adherence to review boardsReportingProvide project/program status reports to project teams, steering committee, and senior leadershipUse dashboards within the PM tool to ensure compliance with PMO governance standardsProject ClosureEnsure proper project closure is completedHand over documentation to helpdesk/support teamsConduct benefits realization and project surveysStakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for the project among all stakeholdersManage expectations and ensure clear, regular communication on project statusAdditional ResponsibilitiesFlexibility for calls with regional counterparts or stakeholders in other time zonesCollaborate with the PMO team on the rollout of PMO governance, standards, and assistance to business unitsRequired SkillsAbility to work independently to complete projects and tasksProficiency in understanding and communicating IT-related concepts, technologies (especially networking), and industry methodologiesProficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, and MS ProjectProven experience managing successful teams and resolving complex issuesStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to present key information clearlyProven track record of delivering projects within time, scope, budget, and resource constraintsExperience managing large, complex projectsExperience coordinating remotely with IT teams across Asia PacificAbility to drive weekly project meetings, send weekly project summaries, and proactively follow up on outstanding items independentlyPreferred Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field6+ years of IT project and program management experienceCertifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum (preferred)Experience working in an MNC environment, preferably with Asia Pacific exposurePrior experience managing IT hardware upgrade and IT network migration projects across multiple countriesEnvironment100% performed in a climate-controlled office environment under normal working conditions.Regular activities include sitting, standing, walking, using hands and fingers to handle objects, reaching, talking, and hearing.Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching required; must be able to lift or exert force up to 13 kg.Additional InformationFollow Company HR policies, Code of Business Conduct, and departmental procedures.Protect confidential company information and maintain punctual and regular attendance.Follow safety practices in all activities.Responsibilities may change periodically based on business needs.This description is not exhaustive and may evolve to include additional duties or responsibilities as required.
