They will be mainly responsible to provide technical support for users and instructions for internal use on our software system. High performance and capacity candidates would have an opportunity to expand their role.Job Responsibilities & Duties:· Preparation of Support Articles on software features for client · Preparation of Instruction Manual for internal use · System design and internal/external support guides · Assisting for preparation of details for developing new features · Liaising with different teams concerning product development or project details. · Handling ad hoc assignments as requiredJob Requirements:· Degree in Finance/Accounting / Management / Business Administration · 1 year of software/product related experience(preferred) · Analytical with great attention to detail · Good command of written and spoken English · Good report writing and research skills · Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills · Independent, self-motivated, responsible and diligent · Passion for software products and researching newest technology · Able to work independently and meet deadlines · Able to handle remote work and setting own deadlines · Excellent skills in Excel & WordWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.
