Leap Media Solutions is looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our growing team.At Leap Media, we work with leading global technology brands and organize high-level CIO roundtables, executive networking events, technology summits, and industry awards across the GCC region.If you have experience in professional event delegate acquisition, telecalling, B2B outreach, and building relationships with senior executives — we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire and confirm delegates for technology events, summits, boardrooms, and executive roundtablesConnect with CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Digital Transformation Leaders, and senior decision-makers across GCCConduct outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and follow-upsMaintain and update delegate databases and CRM recordsCoordinate with internal event and marketing teams to achieve attendance targetsEnsure high-quality audience participation aligned with client expectationsGenerate attendance reports and daily progress updatesPreferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience in delegate acquisition, telemarketing, B2B event calling, or conference productionStrong communication and convincing skills in EnglishExperience working on technology events or B2B corporate events is highly preferredComfortable with telecalling and stakeholder engagementAbility to work under deadlines and target-based environmentsGCC market experience will be an added advantageWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with leading global technology brandsExposure to high-level CIO and enterprise technology communitiesDynamic and fast-growing work environmentCareer growth opportunities in media, events, and marketing
