Job Title: Website UI/UX & Graphic DesignerLocation: RemoteAbout the RoleUpbott is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can design intuitive, high-converting website experiences along with impactful visual creatives.This role requires strong hands-on experience in Figma, with a focus on website UI/UX design, landing pages, and ecommerce experiences. The ideal candidate should be able to blend user experience thinking with strong visual design skills, while leveraging AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign website UI/UX, landing pages, and ecommerce interfaces using FigmaCreate wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systemsDesign marketing creatives, banners, and social media assetsDevelop emailers (newsletters & campaigns) aligned with brand guidelinesOptimize website layouts for conversion (CRO-focused design)Collaborate with marketing, growth, and development teams for executionMaintain consistency in UI components, branding, and visual identityCreate multiple design variations for A/B testing and performance marketingUse AI tools to generate design concepts, automate workflows, and enhance outputStay updated with UI/UX trends, design best practices, and AI toolsRequirements2–4 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic designStrong expertise in Figma (UI design, prototyping, design systems)Experience in website design, landing pages, and ecommerce platformsUnderstanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and usabilityProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva (preferred)Experience in designing emailers (email campaigns/newsletters)Exposure to AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentExperience working with international clients is preferredInterested?We’d love to hear from you!Send your resume to
