Job Title: Purchase Admin Location: Khed Shivapur, Pune (Transportation provided from Warje) Department: Projects – Purchase Reporting To: Director – Global Purchasing & Logistics Experience: 1–3 Years Travel: Yes Job Summary We are looking for a Purchase Admin with 1–3 years of experience to support procurement, store operations, and logistics coordination. The role involves ERP management, supplier follow-ups, inventory tracking, and import/export documentation support to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Procurement & ERP Management - Maintain procurement entries in ERP. - Create items, update BOMs, and prepare draft Purchase Orders. - Track Budget vs Actual costing (weekly). - Ensure accurate and timely data entry. Store & Inventory Management - Maintain inventory records and conduct stock checks. - Post GRNs and share monthly stock reports with Finance. - Coordinate stock flow with Purchase and Project teams. - Implement 5S practices in stores. Supplier & Critical Item Follow-up - Track Class A/critical items for timely delivery. - Coordinate with vendors on orders, delivery schedules, and issues. - Maintain strong supplier relationships. Logistics & Documentation (Domestic & International) - Track shipments and coordinate with transporters. - Support import/export documentation and customs coordination. - Maintain shipment records and compliance documents. - Assist with banking documentation (E-BRC, export files). Reporting & Compliance - Generate procurement and inventory MIS reports. - Maintain documentation for audits and ISO compliance. - Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Accounts, Sales, and Project teams. Required Skills - ERP knowledge (Procurement & Inventory). - Strong Excel skills (costing sheets, tracking reports). - Basic knowledge of import/export procedures. - Good follow-up, coordination, and analytical skills. - High accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple tasks independently. Education - Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline). - Experience in ERP and store management preferred.
