This role includes supervising staff, reviewing tax returns and workpapers, and serving as a key liaison between offshore teams and U.S.-based managers and partners.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise execution of tax engagements, including preparation, review, and documentationLead engagement planning, data validation, preparation, and finalization for tax engagementsReview tax returns and workpapers to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. tax regulationsIdentify and resolve engagement and technical tax issuesEnsure all workpapers are well-documented, organized, and review-ready, with clear audit trails and supporting documentationTrain, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniorsCollaborate closely with U.S.-based managers and partnersSkills RequiredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent analytical and technical expertiseAbility to manage multiple engagements simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and quality standardsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsQualifications6-8 years of US tax returns experience in a public accounting firm preferredCA/CPA/EA preferred but not requiredAdvanced knowledge of federal and state tax laws, including Corporate, S-Corporations, Partnership, Individual taxationExperience working with U.S.-based tax teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office ApplicationsExperience with CCH Axcess is a plusBenefits & PerksHealth Insurance for you and your dependents including parentsProvident FundGenerous Leave Policy and Paid Holidays per Calendar Year
