This role is ideal for a writer with foundational experience who is eager to translate complex technical information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.Key Responsibilities: Write and edit high-quality technical content, including blogs, articles, guides, FAQs, website copy, and product documentation. Research industry topics, trends, and technologies to develop accurate and updated content. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product features and translate them into user-friendly content. Ensure content follows brand tone, style guidelines, and SEO best practices. Assist in updating existing content to improve clarity, accuracy, and search performance. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas Requirements 2-5 years of experience in technical writing or content creation in a tech-related domain. Must be from Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Good understanding of technology, software products, or IT services. Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills with attention to detail. Exposure to content strategy, SEO, and brand communication. Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
