Engineering Design Software (CAD/CAE/Simulation)▪ 3 D Scanners (reverse engineering & inspection)▪ 3 D Printers (prototyping & small batch production)▪ Simulation Services (casting, forging, gearbox design)Sales Process Management Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Negotiate terms and close deals with the sales manager. Track opportunities using CRM tools and report forecasts. Territory Development & Market Intelligence Post-Sales Coordination Ensure smooth project handover to technical teams. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. B. E./B. Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (preferred). ~3–6 years of sales experience in engineering design software, industrial consumables, or capital equipment. ~ Awareness of gearbox design, casting, and forging processes. ~ Proven experience in North Indian territories (Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana). ~ Willingness for extensive travel across assigned regions. #Compensation Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Variable Component (linked to closures).
