Job Purpose Own the end-to-end academic operations across grade management, data analytics, international exchange coordination, and process automation. The role is responsible for ensuring academic data integrity, audit compliance, and stakeholder alignment between faculty, AAs, and central academic teams. The Assistant Manager leads academic process execution and supports continuous improvement in data systems, reporting, and operational efficiency. Job Outline Grade Management Manage the full cycle of grade operations across PGP and PGP YL courses, from faculty submissions to student release. Review grade accuracy, ensure adherence to grade policy cut-offs, and maintain audit-ready records. Coordinate with faculty, AAs, and IT for LMS gradebook validation and troubleshooting. Support faculty during grade uploads and resolve any gradebook access or submission issues. Faculty & Student Engagement Act as the point of contact for academic queries from faculty and students. Coordinate grade release communication with all stakeholders, including faculty, students, and internal teams. Facilitate timely responses and ensure follow-up on faculty and student requirements throughout the academic cycle. Data Analytics & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for academic metrics (grades, exams, attendance, etc.) Generate insights from data to support academic planning and decision-making. Ensure 100% accuracy in academic data reporting and maintain audit compliance records. International Exchange Manage course approvals, credit mapping, and student record updates on the iExchange portal. Coordinate with area coordinators and the Registrar’s Office for exchange course validations. Review exchange transcripts and ensure accurate concentration/credit updates in the system. Academic Data Management Oversee academic database accuracy across Salesforce, LMS, and internal trackers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data alignment, archival, and verification. Maintain audit readiness and process documentation in coordination with IAA. Process Automation & System Enhancement Collaborate with IT for system improvements and automation of manual processes (LMS/Salesforce/Registro). Conduct user testing and share feedback for new academic system features. Maintain Zoho dashboards and trackers for operational transparency. Job Specification Knowledge / Education Bachelor’s/Master’s degree Specific Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and coordination ability Tools: LMS, Salesforce, Atrium, Zoho, MS Excel/PowerPoint; strong written comms (faculty-facing).
