Job Purpose Own the end-to-end academic side of course delivery: lead all faculty conversations, convert pedagogy into a robust course outline and course pack plan, steer schedule decisions and evaluation windows, and govern academic compliance (audit/credit, budget review, commercial coordination). The Sr. Associate/Associate partners with you to execute the operational backend. Job Outline Faculty engagement & course design Staffing check of faculty in Salesforce and confirmation with FAO. First outreach and all subsequent faculty communications (requirements, class plan, quizzes, simulations, software). Receive and reconfirm the Course Outline ; ensure completeness against CLTE template; coordinate with IAA where required. Drive course pack content decisions (cases, simulations, software) and LRC procurement requests. Share/confirm textbook choices; ensure licence needs for Faculty & AAs are captured (ops handled by Sr. Associate/ Associate). Scheduling & governance Build the class schedule (with Sr. Associate/ Associate support on personalisation/calendars) and lock evaluation preference windows (mid-term & end-term). Decide audit/credit status and note special approvals/exceptions. Coordinate with Commercial team on scope/budget assumptions; conduct budget review (tracking handled by Sr. Associate / Associate). Evaluation & feedback loop Communicate evaluation plan; send faculty emails for evaluation windows; share evaluations with Faculty; request ASA feedback from Faculty. Stakeholder alignment Confirm AA allocation with Academic Associate Manager. Lead Pre-Term meetings with AAs (delivered jointly with Sr. Associate/ Associate). Own final hand-off meeting with AAs (joint). Quality & systems Oversee Zoho updates for milestones; sign-off on Atrium/LMS accuracy and course readiness before go-live. Job Specification - Knowledge / Education Bachelor’s/Master’s degree Specific Skills Strength in stakeholder management, academic policy, scheduling, and content curation (cases/sims/software). Tools: Salesforce, Atrium, LMS, Zoho, MS Excel/PowerPoint; strong written comms (faculty-facing).
