Telecaller

Role: Telecaller CTC: 3.5-4.0 Lakhs per annum plus Incentives (negotiable) We are looking to hire 2 Telecallers to handle incoming leads from social media and other marketing channels. If you’re confident on calls, persuasive, and good at converting inquiries into serious prospects, we’d love to connect with you. Role & Responsibilities: Call and follow up with leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp & other platforms Understand customer requirements and explain products clearly Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups Maintain lead data and update CRM/sheets Coordinate with the sales team for closures Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (freshers with confidence can apply) Comfortable handling social media leads Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance incentives Growth opportunity in a fast-growing brand Friendly and supportive work environment
