About the Role The role involves designing and delivering training programs for new hires, focusing on product knowledge, soft skills, and process orientation. Responsibilities: Design and deliver training programs for new hires, focusing on product knowledge, soft skills, and process orientation. Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources. Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas of improvement for employees' skill development. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to product quality, customer satisfaction, or employee performance. Provide coaching sessions to improve communication skills among team members. Qualifications Graduation is mandatory. 1-6 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in KPI analysis (KPI), OJT (On-the-job training), TNA (Training Needs Analysis), TNI (Training Needs Identification).
