In this role, you will be responsible for handling legal back-office tasks, documentation, data management, and administrative support.To succeed in this role, candidates should have strong English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and eager to work in an international process.Responsibilities:● Provide back-office support to an overseas legal firm● Handle documentation, data entry, and record management● Draft and manage email correspondence● Maintain reports and trackers using MS Office tools● Follow defined processes and quality standards● Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.Requirements:Graduate in any disciplineFluent in English (spoken & written)Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsWillingness to work early morning shiftsExperience:Freshers and experienced candidates may applyImmediate joiners preferredLocation and Shift Timings:In-Office Job: Penta IT Solutions Pvt.
