Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our Utilities and Facility Management operations . The role requires strong technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, preventive and breakdown maintenance, compliance management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily operation and preventive/corrective maintenance of all utility and facility systems, including: Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets) HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, compressors, boilers) DI water treatment plants, ETP, and pumping systems Preventive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure high equipment uptime and reliability. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to statutory and safety regulations (electrical safety, energy audits, ISO standards, environmental and pollution control norms). Energy Management: Track and analyze energy consumption, implement cost-effective energy-saving initiatives, and optimize power usage. Projects & Improvements: Plan, execute, and manage facility improvement, expansion, and modernization projects. Breakdown Management: Respond to breakdowns promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and quick restoration of services. Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor the facility engineering team, while coordinating effectively with contractors, vendors, and service providers. Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure effective planning of spares and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). Qualifications and Skills: B.Tech. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 20 years of experience in utilities and facility management within a manufacturing/industrial environment. Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, HVAC, utilities operations, and maintenance management . Proven experience in statutory compliance, audits, and safety protocols . Strong understanding of Electrical & Mechanical Systems . Proficiency in Energy Management & Cost Control . Sound knowledge of Safety Regulations & Compliance . Excellent Team Leadership & Vendor Management abilities.
