Sourcing & screening candidates (job portals, networking, referrals) 3. Conducting interviews & filtering candidates. 5. Write and post job descriptions on , career websites, and Job Portals. 6. Evaluate and screen resumes. 7. Use recruiting tools for assessments and assignments to assess candidate's skills. 8. Conduct interviews over phone, Teams, SmartMeet and/or in-person interviews. 9. Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates and to final assessor. 10. Onboarding selected candidates in WorkDay Portal. 10. Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
