Hands-on experience in glaucoma management, including medical and laser treatment protocols. Competency in diagnosing and managing diabetic retinopathy, including laser photocoagulation and intravitreal injections (if applicable). Strong skills in slit lamp examination, fundus examination, and interpretation of retinal imaging. Familiarity with refractive surgery evaluation and counseling. Experience in assessing and managing strabismus and oculoplasty cases (preferred). Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced clinical environment with minimal supervision.
