Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:AM/DM Tractor PDIDate: 2 Mar 2026Location: Rudrapur, Rudrapur Plant, IN- Manage and control labor costs by enhancing productivity on the assembly line, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and minimizing downtime.- Implement and monitor cost reduction initiatives targeting scrap, consumables, and manpower to improve overall operational efficiency.- Develop, plan, and oversee departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals and timely adjustments based on performance metrics.- Achieve and maintain a Standard Production Rate (SPR) improvement exceeding 90%, consistently driving operational excellence.- Conduct thorough defect data analysis, implement robust countermeasures to reduce production errors, and enhance product quality standards.- Analyze market customer complaints, lead resolution efforts, and monitor complaint trends to uphold customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Lead the assembly manufacturing team to effectively control Product Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale (PQCDSM) parameters, ensuring adherence to company standards.- Ensure timely delivery of products as per production schedules, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and bottlenecks.- Facilitate collaboration across internal departments, external partners, and vendors to drive continuous process improvements and innovation.- Spearhead the establishment of new products on the production line, overseeing smooth transition into mass production while adhering to quality and timeline requirements.- Ensure adherence to comprehensive training schedules for workers and staff to promote skill enhancement and compliance with safety standards.- Conduct daily manpower management by resolving conflicts promptly, fostering a positive and productive work environment.- Motivate and inspire the workforce, regularly reviewing employee performance and providing constructive feedback to support professional development.- Perform gap analyses to identify root causes of production losses, quality issues, and machinery breakdowns, implementing corrective measures accordingly.- Synchronize parts availability and management for different tractor models to ensure seamless production flow and minimize delays.Preferred IndustriesManufacturingEducation QualificationBachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics; Bachelors of Technology in Electrical and Electronics; Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelors of TechnologyGeneral Experience3-7 YearsJob Segment: Electrical, Industrial, Engineer, Engineering, Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
