The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the F&B team, ensuring high-quality service, optimising operations, and maintaining excellent guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the F&B department, including restaurants, bars, and room service. Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure efficient and courteous service. Plan and coordinate menus in collaboration with the kitchen team. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction. Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and departmental performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.Requirements: Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in F&B management in hotels or hospitality establishments. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
