CookIndianbreadslike naan, roti, kulcha, laccha paratha, and tandoori roti. Ensureconsistent taste, quality, and presentationof all tandoor items. Properlyoperate and maintain the tandoor oven . Prepare and managemarinades, sauces, and spice mixesfor tandoor dishes. Maintainkitchen hygiene and food safety standards . Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensuretimely preparation of orders . Monitorinventory of tandoor ingredientsand assist with stock management.RequirementsProven experience as aTandoor Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering kitchen . Strong knowledge ofIndianspices, marinades, and grilling techniques . Ability to work efficiently in afast-paced kitchen environment . Good understanding offood safety and hygiene practices .
