Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Rohtak. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, managing store staff, and preventing retail loss. The role includes monitoring sales performance, maintaining store standards, handling customer complaints, and managing inventory levels. The manager will also be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for customers. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies Ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field Previous experience in retail management is preferred
