Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD)Company: Dlyft India LLP Location: Kahni,Rohtak, Haryana Department: Management / Administration Reporting To: Managing Director Employment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewDlyft India LLP is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in executive coordination, operational follow-ups, communication management, and day-to-day business operations.The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, documentation, and execution skills with the ability to manage confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Calendar ManagementManage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, and business discussions.Prioritize schedules and ensure effective time management for the MD.Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and action trackers.Operations Coordination & Follow-UpsCoordinate with departments for operational updates and execution tracking.Ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks, business commitments, and management decisions.Monitor task progress, timelines, and closure status for management reviews.Maintain regular coordination with teams to ensure accountability and smooth execution.Communication & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a communication bridge between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and official communication.Handle confidential business information with professionalism.Coordinate with department heads for updates, reports, and execution status.Business SupportAssist the MD in execution of priority business initiatives and projects.Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations.Support management reviews through structured reporting and documentation.Track important deliverables and follow-up requirements.Travel & Event CoordinationArrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.Coordinate leadership meetings, client visits, and business events.Manage hospitality arrangements and event logistics.Documentation & AdministrationMaintain records, contracts, and important business documents.Ensure proper filing, documentation, and data management.Support office administration and executive coordination activities.Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong follow-up and coordination skills.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.Strong presentation and documentation capabilities.Problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset.Good to Have SkillsExperience working with founders, directors, or CXO-level leadership.Exposure to manufacturing or fast-paced organizations.Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.MBA or management background preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Effective management of MD calendar and meeting schedules.Timely closure of follow-ups and action items.Accuracy and timeliness of reports, presentations, and MOMs.Coordination efficiency across departments and stakeholders.Professional handling of confidential communication and documentation.Error-free travel and meeting coordination.QualificationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.MBA will be an added advantage.Experience3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.Experience in executive coordination and operational follow-ups preferred.Preferred Candidate ProfileSmart, confident, and professionally presentable.Strong communication and coordination skills.Disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.CompensationAs per industry standards and candidate experience.Why Join Us?At Dlyft India LLP, you will work directly with leadership and gain exposure to business operations, decision-making, and strategic execution.Direct exposure to senior leadership.Fast-growing and execution-driven work environment.Opportunity to develop strong business and operational understanding.Professional culture focused on growth, ownership, and performance.Application ProcessInterested candidates may share their updated resume along with:Current CTCExpected CTCNotice Period
