With an expanding OPD and surgical base, we are looking for a dynamic professional to streamline operations and drive growth.Role Overview:We're looking for a proactive, results-oriented Business Development and Hospital Operations Manager who can oversee revenue growth, increase patient foot fall, liasoning and strategic expansion along with day-to-day hospital operations while actively contributing to Key Responsibilities:Business Development & GrowthDevelop strategies to increase patient footfall and revenueBuild referral networks with local doctors and clinicsIdentify new service opportunities and partnershipsImprove conversion rates (consultation → procedures)2. Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise hospital staff (front desk, nursing, support staff)Maintain discipline, duty rosters, and performance trackingBuild a positive and efficient work culture3. Procurement & Vendor ManagementManage procurement of medical supplies, consumables, and equipmentLiaise with vendors and negotiate cost-effective dealsEnsure inventory control and minimize wastage4. Hospital Operations ManagementOversee daily hospital operations (OPD, IPD, OT coordination)Ensure smooth workflow across departmentsMonitor patient experience and service quality5.
