With an expanding OPD and surgical base, we are looking for a dynamic professional to streamline operations and drive growth.Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Hospital Operations & Business Development Manager who can oversee day-to-day hospital functioning while actively contributing to revenue growth and strategic expansion.Key Responsibilities:1. Hospital Operations ManagementOversee daily hospital operations (OPD, IPD, OT coordination)Ensure smooth workflow across departmentsMonitor patient experience and service quality2. Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise hospital staff (front desk, nursing, support staff)Maintain discipline, duty rosters, and performance trackingBuild a positive and efficient work culture3. Procurement & Vendor ManagementManage procurement of medical supplies, consumables, and equipmentLiaise with vendors and negotiate cost-effective dealsEnsure inventory control and minimize wastage4. Business Development & GrowthDevelop strategies to increase patient footfall and revenueBuild referral networks with local doctors and clinicsIdentify new service opportunities and partnershipsImprove conversion rates (consultation → procedures)5.
