We’re expanding our HR team and looking for a dynamicHR Managerto join us!Location:Rohini, Sector-3, New Delhi (On-site, Office-based) Shift:Night Shift (US Shift) ⏳Job Type:Full-time, In-officeWhat You’ll Do: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles. • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels. • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements. • Maintain attendance records accurately and supporting records. • Employee Lifecycle Management. • Coordinate internal company events, vendor communication, and bookings. • Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to the Director. • Local commutes for official purposes.What We’re Looking For: ✅ Graduate in Human Resources (Commerce background preferred). ✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills. ✅ Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. ✅ Understanding of recruitment tools and job portals. ✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation. ✅ 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.Why Join Us?
