Role Overview We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Associate Sales. Key Responsibilities Associate (Sales) - Build strong relationships with parents, introducing them to JetLearn’s global AI-coding programs. - Actively engage in outbound calls, generating interest and enthusiasm for our courses. - Successfully schedule calibration classes through effective communication and persuasion skills. - Address parent inquiries, tailoring course recommendations to align with their child’s learning goals. - Work with a structured approach to meet daily and weekly targets. - Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective leads and drive a targeted number of trial bookings. Growth Path: Your performance as an Associate will determine your promotion to the role of Sr. Academic Counselor.
