About The Role Licious is looking for a data-driven CRM- Lead to scale the CRM initiatives with the goal of delivering marketing personalization at scale and driving business growth. In this role, you will create, manage, implement and optimize strategies that build customer engagement and optimize lifetime value. You will be responsible for all elements of our lifecycle marketing across channels, program execution, reporting, testing and optimization. Using a data-driven approach, you will lead the initiatives to scale and optimize world class programs that drive higher customer LTV and long term loyalty. Developing innovative strategies, you will bring personalization initiatives to life in order to increase active customer engagement, decrease churn, and re-engage inactive customers. You would be excited about the role because you would - 1. Comprehensive Veterinary Care & Monitoring: Provide full veterinary care, including daily health monitoring, clinical exams, post-mortem examinations, and developing/implementing treatment protocols for breeder and broiler flocks. 2. Flock Performance Tracking: Continuously monitor and analyze key flock performance parameters, such as mortality, morbidity, feed conversion ratio (FCR), and weight gain. 3. Disease Investigation & Record Keeping: Coordinate with diagnostic laboratories for disease investigation and sample testing, while maintaining accurate health records and documentation for regulatory compliance. 4. Vaccination and Biosecurity Program Implementation: Design and execute comprehensive vaccination programs and establish/enforce strict biosecurity protocols to prevent disease introduction and spread. 5. Pest Control and Sanitation: Monitor and control vector populations (rodents, insects) and supervise sanitation/disinfection procedures between batches. 6. Disease Surveillance and Risk Management: Implement disease surveillance systems for early warnings, conduct risk assessments, and develop contingency plans for disease outbreaks. 7. Farm Operations & Optimization: Oversee flock management to optimize egg production, fertility, hatchability (breeders), and monitor performance from placement to market weight (broilers). 8. Nutrition, Environment, and Welfare: Advise on nutrition/feed quality, ensure proper environmental controls (temperature, ventilation), supervise medication/antibiotic stewardship, and implement animal welfare standards. 9. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all veterinary and food safety regulations (e.G., FSSAI, APEDA), maintain documentation for antibiotic usage, and generate mandatory health reports and veterinary certificates. 10. Team Management & Training: Supervise and mentor veterinary and farm health staff, conduct regular training sessions on biosecurity and early disease detection, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You would be a great fit if - 1. Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in commercial breeder or broiler farm operations, with exposure to integrated poultry operations. 2. Disease Management: Practical experience in poultry disease diagnosis and treatment, including strong knowledge of major diseases (e.G., Newcastle Disease, IB, Coccidiosis, E. coli, Mycoplasma). 3. Vaccination & Health Protocols: Proven experience in the implementation and monitoring of vaccination programs and a thorough understanding of vaccination schedules and immunology. 4. Biosecurity & Environment: Experience in the design and implementation of biosecurity protocols, along with an understanding of environmental controls and poultry housing systems. 5. Clinical & Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in clinical examination, post-mortem techniques, and sample collection for disease investigation. 6. Nutrition & Feed Quality: Knowledge of poultry nutrition, feed formulation, and feed quality assessment. 7. Data & Documentation: Ability to maintain detailed health records, analyze performance data, and familiarity with pharmaceutical products and treatment protocols. 8. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for disease diagnosis. 9. Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication skills for training staff and reporting to management, coupled with team leadership and supervision capabilities, and attention to detail. 10. Preferred Assets: A Master's degree (MVSc), specialized certifications, experience with specific breeds (e.G., Cobb, Ross), knowledge of antibiotic-free systems, and familiarity with farm management software are preferred.
